The science of water well witching is an old tradition at Suburban Installers. A hydrologist will tell you that water is found by using geological maps, surveys, and this measurement or that. We see this process in a different way. The technique of well witching used today was passed down from our great grandfather, to grandfather, to our father, and now to us.
For the most part 95% of the wells we drill produce some water. Sometimes it's not enough, but we did find water. Ideally, we like to see at least 10 gpm minimum.
Fact or Fiction? We, at Suburban Installers, are firm believers in well witching. Many times, home owners didn't want to wait for Suburban Installers and got that "other " well driller. Come to find out, they didn't find water. We are then called again to help the people out, because they have several dry holes or little to no water. Sometimes, it is just a matter of moving a few feet from that dry hole and getting all the water that the customer needs. Don't settle for the company that justs backs up, and where the truck stops is where you well is drilled. Get your new well "witched" and get the highest gpm available. Remember witching doesn't cost, it pays in the long run!
